Who We Are

Chad began DJing weddings and special events part time for a fantastic company out of the twin cities several years ago. In 2003, he and his wife, Daina, branched off on their own, creating Central Minnesota DJ Company. So, while the name and the equipment are newer, the experience still stands. The company caters to central Minnesota, with an emphasis on the St. Cloud and surrounding areas.
Our focus is to go the extra mile for our customers and their events. We believe in personal service, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on being professional, yet very personable and approachable.
Central Minnesota DJ Company now consists of three major components:
Chad, Daina, and Joe. When you contact us, you will most likely be greeted by Daina. She is the "behind the scenes" gal who takes care of the paperwork and most of the phone calls, emails, questions, bookings, etc. She is also the designer of this web page and all of the materials our customers receive.
Chad is a phenomenal disk jockey who treats each and every show as if it were our only one - our customers are not just another booking to us!
Our 2nd DJ, Joe, has a charming personality which has made him a one of a kind DJ that pleases even the toughest critic! The moment we met Joe, we knew we wanted him to come work for us! He spent the entire first season training with Chad, and is now equally requested by bride and grooms!
Many people ask if we are going to continue to grow our business and add more DJs. The answer is probably not. We are proud to offer a quality service with a personable touch and we do this by keeping our customer base manageable. With too many DJs on staff and an over-abundance of weddings to entertain at, we would not be able to keep track of exactly what each of or DJs are doing as a representation of our name. It is important that our customers feel comfortable and relaxed with us...and not like they are just another number.
Recently, however, a new little addition was made to our "team". Chad and Daina welcomed their son into the world in April 2005. He will be training in as our newest DJ - premiering in the year 2023!

Just as we have shared a little about ourselves, we look forward to meeting our new customers. We enjoy sharing in on their exciting time as they plan the first day of the rest of their lives together, and invite us to experience it with them!
